Our week is off to an exciting start!  Yesterday Aiden's dad and Jordyn's mom visited our classroom to talk about their jobs as EMTs.  We saw some of the equipment they use and then they gave us a tour of the ambulance.

Today, we made salads using the vegetable tops we'd been growing.  We had romaine lettuce with beet, celery, and onion tops. Yummers!!
